Meet Your Team: Rewarded Solutions


Our Rewarded Solutions team develops the technology behind adjoe’s innovative rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users. 


The team’s tech stack consists of three major components: native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift handling complex engagement flows; widely customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript; and a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.


For team members, this means having state-of-the-art resources to build engaging rewarded ad experiences that seamlessly integrate into the world’s top apps while delivering exceptional results for advertisers and monetizers in this industry-leading technology.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the technical onboarding of our newest app partners in GCR & APAC and ensure a smooth SDK implementation process. 

  • Become the link between various stakeholders, teams, and clients to provide clients with solutions to maximize their business goals. 

  • Contribute to maintaining easy-to-understand documentation of the integration process.

  • Assist the supply business team by providing them with data-driven insights into how they can reach their KPIs based on the analysis, aggregation, and visualization of adjoe’s data. 

  • Put on your detective hat and support publishers with issues they may face when integrating adjoe, ranging all the way from basic issues in their mobile app code to fine-tuning configurations.

  • Proactively identify integration issues that publishers may face and work with the product team to create solutions for these issues.

  • Contribute to maintaining easy-to-understand documentation of the integration process.

  • Be part of an international English-speaking team dedicated to scaling our adtech platform beyond our hundreds of millions of monthly active users.

Who you are

  • You have a skill for communicating complex technical information to business teams and partners in Mandarin and English. 

  • You are able to turn data into clear and actionable insights and document these in understandable spreadsheets or wiki pages to drive business growth. 

  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills and can use SQL to query databases.

  • You act as the voice of the customer and support teams, providing clear and constructive feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our tools, features, and overall user experience of our product.

  • You have a working knowledge of how different technical systems communicate with each other, such as being able to test HTTP REST endpoints and understand what could go wrong when they don’t work.

  • Plus: You are familiar with Java or have experience building your own apps.

  • Huge plus: You have hands-on experience working with app publishers, supporting them through SDK integrations, debugging tricky issues, and guiding them on best practices to ensure smooth rollouts and long-term success.

  • You have adtech working experience of 4+ years

工作职责

  • 大中华区及亚太地区的移动应用发行商 提供 adjoe SDK 的技术集成支持。

  • 负责新发行商合作伙伴的 技术接入流程(Technical Onboarding),确保 SDK 集成顺利完成。

  • 排查并解决 SDK 集成相关技术问题,包括移动应用代码、API 通信以及配置问题。

  • 产品、工程及商务团队 紧密合作,为合作伙伴提供技术解决方案,帮助其实现业务目标。

  • 通过数据分析提供 技术与业务洞察,帮助优化发行商表现并支持团队达成 KPI。

  • 主动识别可能出现的集成问题,并与产品团队合作优化接入工具和流程。

  • 维护清晰易懂的 技术文档与集成指南

  • 作为 发行商与 adjoe 工程团队之间的技术桥梁

 


 

任职要求

  • 具备 3–7 年 技术支持、技术客户管理(TAM)、解决方案工程师或 SDK 集成相关经验。

  • 熟悉 移动应用(Android 或 iOS)开发环境,理解移动 SDK 集成流程。

  • 能够排查 API 调用、SDK 集成以及应用配置 等技术问题。

  • 能够使用 SQL 进行基础数据查询与分析。

  • 具备良好的 问题分析与解决能力

  • 具备优秀的 中英文沟通能力,能够向非技术团队清晰解释技术问题。

移动广告、游戏或 adtech 行业经验者优先。
