Meet Your Team

Full-time storytellers and product-sellers – committed creators and curators. Our Marketing team specializes in everything from building the adjoe brand to showcasing the success of its niche tech products. This team of graphic designers, event planners, product marketers, content writers, and sales enablement specialists is on a mission to build adjoe’s brand and partnerships across the industry. Our Growth Marketing team thrives on creating a better customer journey, educating customers about our products, unifying our visual identity, and highlighting what it means to be a member of the adjoe community.
What will you do
  • Spearhead the organization and coordination of tech employer branding events aimed at showcasing our company’s culture, values, and career prospects.
  • Take charge of managing and curating the content of our engineering blog, ensuring it’s replete with top-notch technical content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive personas of tech talent to gain deeper insights into their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Formulate and execute a strategy to effectively reach and engage with tech talent across various channels, including social media platforms, industry forums, and professional networks.
  • Showcase our company’s achievements and contributions to the tech landscape, highlighting how we’re driving innovation through the strategic adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Foster close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between employer branding initiatives and overarching marketing objectives.
  • Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in technical writing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an acute attention to detail and a flair for creativity.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create innovative approaches to engage with tech talent effectively.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
