What You Will Do
  • Work with some of the most dynamic companies, technologies, and leaders in the app economy.
  • Disrupt the mobile adtech industry and establish adjoe’s unique solutions in the market.
  • Become the face of adjoe externally in the media, generating adjoe-related PR awareness and driving an events strategy as well as represent adjoe internally within the AppLike Group.
  • Grow your two main KPIs: Number of active customers and revenue per customer.
  • Define a strategic commercial roadmap and yearly revenue goals/budget.
  • Set up and sustain a clear goal structure and systematic processes to scale our revenue.
  • Define the product roadmap together with your counterpart on the Tech/Product side and the members of the Commercial Management team.
  • Lead six teams (Demand Sales, Supply Sales, Demand Account Management, Supply Account Management, Growth Marketing, and BI & Analysis).
  • Scale our business teams to 50+ people in line with your P&L success.
  • Work directly and closely with the AppLike Group founders to accelerate your success (e.g. open doors to opportunities, participate in client calls, collaborate with other AppLike Group companies, etc.)
  • Open up and build international offices (filled with client-facing roles) in line with the company’s revenue growth goals.
  • Who You Are
  • You possess successful C-Level/MD experience in an adtech, SaaS, or performance advertising business.
  • You are an inspiring leader, excelling in leadership, product understanding, sales success, and client relations.
  • You are able to manage a multinational business and network of clients.
  • You are highly experienced in closing high-value deals for your organization.
  • You have 12+ years’ experience with a proven track record in growing commercial teams from 10 to 15 to 50 to 100 people, while sustaining impressive revenue growth figures.
  • You have a strategic mindset to come up with cross-team go-to-market strategies.
  • You can think in terms of scalable systems and processes, while still being able to get your hands dirty when needed.
  • You have strong leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills and are someone who thrives when pitching to complex buying centers consisting of senior stakeholders.
  • You are very analytical, a quick learner, and an eager optimizer.
  • Plus: You are very knowledgeable in mobile adtech and will be a proficient public speaker at adtech industry events.
