Meet Your Team: Demand Account Management

As our Customer Success Manager and onboarding specialist you are part of the Demand Account Management Team in Germany and work in partnership with our sales team in the US. Guide our new clients through the onboarding process and establish the first successful campaigns.
What You Will Do
  • Drive the onboarding, retention, and overall success of our new partners.
  • Work in partnership with the sales team and our account managers to guide new clients through the project management and technical requirements of their implementation. Support during the onboarding process.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to optimize first campaigns and use our platform.
  • Analyze KPIs related to the performance of your partners and take action accordingly.
  • Support your teammates in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Establish good relationships with your partners through day-to-day communication (Skype, emails, calls).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for your partners.
  • Gather and communicate your partner’s needs internally with the right priorities, including technical troubleshooting.
  • Be part of an international English-speaking team.
  • Who You Are
  • You have minimum of 3 years’ experience in mobile user acquisition, success management or account management in the adtech space or a similar position (experience in the gaming industry is an advantage)
  • You have an exceptional ability to communicate and foster new positive business relationships
  • You understand the standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)
  • You have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), and you are fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • You possess very good analytical skills
  • You are mastering the Google Suite (especially Sheets & Slides)
  • You have an output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy a strong sense of ownership
