Adjoe’s white label solution “Playtime” allows app users to collect virtual currencies, points or goods in their favourite apps by playing mobile games. The business currently grows at a 2digit growth rate – per month! We have been very successful with a wide variety of partners in the fast-growing app and mobile gaming space. Your goal is going to be to connect with leading rather traditional brands to grow their app business and our platform even further.

Adjoe is part of the newly established AppLike Group which aims to create engaging experiences for every app user on the globe. Next to adjoe, the other two subsidiaries are JustDice, the European market leader in app discovery, running mobile marketing platforms in nearly 100 countries and Sunday, a nextgen mobile game publisher.
What you will do:
  • You will develop and execute the main strategy to approach and sell Adjoe’s “Playtime” whitelabel solution to new segments of app publishers (loyalty, branding, retailers, operators, carriers) in the US & LATAM market
  • Start from scratch on your own – to build your team on the way
  • Hands on: Reaching out to high level executives to sell Adjoe’s solution in more traditional segments. Close top targets
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Strong connections with the account management team to support the onboarding and growing of new partners. Forecast of future opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Become part of the commercial leadership team reporting to our CEO, including Sales and Account Management on Publisher and Advertiser Side
  • Understand the market and provide internal feedback to help shape our products
  • Evangelize Adjoe’s unique rewarded advertising solutions
  • Attend industry related events. Travel to clients

  • Who you are:
  • You have 5-8 Years experience in selling tech, analytics, gamification and/or advertising solutions to brands or retailers (hands on)
  • Min. 3 years leadership experience
  • Exceptional sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing of new business opportunities
  • Understanding of mobile advertising and/or adtech and the relevant metrics
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English (Spanish would be a Plus)
  • Strong networking skills
  • Output and revenue driven attitude. Willing to take full responsibility for your own P&L
  • Liking to work in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • Plus: Established network in the brands / retailers space. C-Level at best
