Who you are:
  • You have accumulated a minimum of 5 years successful experience in Sales/ Business Development in companies that are selling a SSP, adtech and/or ad monetization solution 
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, while having a track record of inspiring and mentoring sales teams from juniors to top-performers 
  • You have a strong personal network in the mobile app and/or gaming scene and a proven track record of sales success
  • You completed studies in a related field at a top university or you can impress with profound knowledge/ experience
  • You are a team player, willing to go the extra mile and able to work in a fast-changing startup environment
  • Good Spreadsheet and Powerpoint Skills; quick understanding of tech related challenges and issues
  • Willingness to travel and fluent in English (a second language a plus)
  • What you will do:
  • Your main goal is to expand our client base of mobile app publishers, using our innovative ad monetization solution generating high 3 digit eCPMs
  • You will close high value deals with the biggest mobile app and gaming companies on this planet with a focus on Western Markets (US and Europe) 
  • You build up a market-leading sales team, finding top team-members and mentoring existing team members; you coach your direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  • You will set up sales goals, processes and KPIs for your team, working closely with our CEO to make your outcome and team better every day
  • You will visit all relevant industry conferences and trade shows, being our face to the market when it comes to high CPM-monetization
